COMPANY HISTORY
Eng. Gisela Martinez Manager Director of GEM construction and former Manager Director of Atlas construction came to St Maarten in 2004 to work on several projects.
In 2007, she assisted with the construction of Princes Heights Condominiums in Oyster Pond and partnered with the owner of the Condominiums to manage Atlas Construction Company. From 2009 to 2020, Atlas Construction Company executed several projects on the island with Eng. Martinez as head of the company.
In 2020 Atlas construction company partners, decided to take different paths and Eng. Martinez decided to open a new company, GEM construction BV.
Gisela is a civil engineer with masters in Structural engineering that will guide you through the construction process on the island.
